Every course account includes GolfDock-led setup. Setup tier and scope are confirmed during the demo/onboarding conversation. Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation or onboarding work has started unless agreed otherwise in writing. Returned or failed payments may be subject to an NSF / failed payment fee. Monthly plans require an 8-month minimum commitment and allow a 1-month buyout option to cancel early.
