Community Guidelines
GolfDock is built for golf, competition, course communities, and meeting other golfers for legitimate rounds. These guidelines explain the behavior we expect in a simpler format than the Terms of Service.
Harassment, threats, or bullying
Do not target, intimidate, threaten, stalk, shame, or repeatedly contact another person who has asked you to stop.
Discrimination or hateful conduct
Do not attack or exclude people based on protected characteristics or use hateful slurs or demeaning content.
Sexual solicitation or inappropriate sexual conduct
GolfDock is for golf. Do not use chat, leagues, or Round Discovery for sexual solicitation, unwanted sexual content, or sexually exploitative behavior.
Nonconsensual intimate content
Do not post, share, threaten to share, or digitally create/alter intimate imagery of another person without consent. Use the priority Content Removal process if this occurs.
Impersonation, scams, or fraud
Do not pretend to be another person, course, organization, or GolfDock representative. Do not use GolfDock to deceive users or obtain money, credentials, or sensitive information.
Illegal activity or threats of violence
Do not use GolfDock to plan, promote, facilitate, or threaten illegal or violent conduct.
Unsafe offline conduct
Do not use GolfDock to pressure someone into unsafe transportation, lodging, private-address meetings, or other activity unrelated to a legitimate golf round.
Underage Round Discovery use
Round Discovery is 18+ only. Do not misrepresent age eligibility or help a person who is under 18 access Round Discovery.
Gambling, wagers, or payment solicitation through Discovery
Do not use Round Discovery to arrange gambling pools, betting, entry-fee collection, cash transfers, or payment schemes.
Block or suspension evasion
Do not create alternate accounts, recruit another person, or use another feature to evade a block, restriction, or suspension.
Abusive or obscene user content
Messages, profile content, league content, and other submissions must not be abusive, exploitative, threatening, or unlawfully obscene.
How enforcement works
Reports are reviewed using the available account, content, safety, and operational context. Depending on severity and history, GolfDock may take no action, warn a user, restrict a feature, suspend access, remove content, or terminate an account. Serious safety or legal issues may require preservation or disclosure of limited records where lawfully required.
Blocking is private. GolfDock does not tell another golfer who blocked them. Blocking may prevent or restrict social interactions and is used as a platform safety control.
