Account Deletion
How to request deletion of a GolfDock account and related personal information.
Send a request from the email address tied to your GolfDock account to support@golfdock.app, or use the support form and choose account deletion. If the app provides an in-app delete option, you can use that path too.
We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deleting or de-identifying account records. This protects your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal account records where reasonably possible. Some records may remain where needed for billing, legal compliance, security, backups, fraud prevention, course account records, league integrity, or dispute resolution.
We will respond through the support channel used for the request. Timing may vary based on account verification, data dependencies, and legal or billing requirements.
