LocalDock Terms of Service

These terms apply to LocalDock website use and service inquiries. Paid project terms should also be documented in a proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

1. Relationship to GolfDock

LocalDock is a business services offering operated by GolfDock. GolfDock remains the golf application and platform. LocalDock provides services such as website development, SEO, analytics, AI workflow implementation, business audits, and related consulting.

2. Free audits and strategy sessions

A free audit is a limited initial review and is not a guarantee of completeness, performance, ranking, revenue, or business results. A paid strategy session may provide a deeper implementation plan. Any credit toward later work applies only when stated in writing and subject to the stated time window.

3. Project scope

Paid deliverables, timing, fees, revisions, client responsibilities, third-party costs, and support terms should be defined in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or change order.

4. No guaranteed results

LocalDock does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, bookings, reviews, revenue, cost savings, or uninterrupted operation. Examples and previews are illustrative unless clearly identified as verified client results.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, credentials, approvals, legal disclosures, brand assets, policies, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their claims, offers, communications, and regulated-industry requirements.

6. AI-assisted services

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors and requires appropriate human review. LocalDock may design approval steps and safeguards, but the client remains responsible for final use of customer-facing, professional, regulated, or high-impact content.

7. Third-party services

Projects may rely on hosting, domains, analytics, search platforms, email providers, CRMs, AI services, payment providers, or other third-party tools. Those services may change, fail, charge separate fees, or operate under their own terms.

8. Ownership and access

Ownership, licensing, and access for project assets should be stated in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, domains, and credentials after handoff.

9. Acceptable use

LocalDock services may not be used for illegal activity, deceptive marketing, harassment, spam, unauthorized data collection, impersonation, security abuse, or violations of platform rules or applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfDock and LocalDock are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings, or business interruption.

11. Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
