1. Information we collect
We may collect the information you submit through a LocalDock form, including your name, business name, business type, city, website, email, phone number, current tools, service interests, and details about the problem you want to solve. We may also collect the source page, referral information, campaign parameters, browser information, and a one-way hash derived from the request IP address for spam and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, prepare an audit or recommendation, contact you, provide requested services, improve LocalDock, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics and cookies
The wider GolfDock website may use consent-controlled analytics and cookies. Your choices are managed through the website cookie controls. LocalDock does not intentionally sell personal information.
4. Service providers
LocalDock may use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, security, and AI-assisted business operations. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their function and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
5. AI-assisted work
Information from your request may be used to prepare drafts, summaries, audits, or workflow recommendations with AI-assisted tools. LocalDock should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information into those tools and should use human review before client-facing delivery.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry and service information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion, subject to required legal or operational retention.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your LocalDock request. You may also ask LocalDock to stop marketing contact. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
8. Security
LocalDock uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
LocalDock is intended for business owners and authorized business representatives. It is not intended for children under 13.
